I know most people hate anything to do with computers.

This is lucky for me, as those who hate them keep me employed!

What gives me the greatest pleasure is removing the struggle and helping a user gain confidence.

This section is still under construction, but in the end I hope to build a stock of useful information for novices using PCs, Macs and android phones.

Meanwhile, Computing 101 does dictate:

Turn it off and on again!

It really does seem to fix 50% of all ailments.

• Ask Wikihow. You can ask Wikihow for just about anything. But it is very useful for IT problems. Just type in your issue and see what it comes up with.
  • Download any video from any website –
    Videos on other people’s websites can often disappear. I’ve found this on my Menopause Further Reading page. So I’ve started to download my videos, and host (and reference) them on my own YouTube page.
